Returns/Exchanges

We will be happy to exchange any item that doesn’t fit, you don’t think is flattering, or doesn’t meet your expectations for another item currently in stock, so long as tags remain attached and the item is returned in NEW condition as it was received.  Customer may exchange an item within 5 days of receiving the item (USPS/FedEx Tracking will be used to determine delivery date) and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. 

Once you have contacted us and had your exchange approved please mail it back to: 5909 Rounder Ln. Holly Springs, NC 27540 within two business day and provide tracking information to Selvaggio Style. Please include your NAME (as it appears on your order) and ORDER number in the package so we may quickly process the return when it arrives. 

Facebook MESSAGE us the tracking number once it is sent. Be sure to write a note with your FACEBOOK NAME, and ORDER number in the package so I can easily exchange for you.

After we receive your item, you will have up to 3 days to select a new item from our website. We DO NOT allow exchanges on live sales/videos. If your item cost more than your credit, we will invoice you for the remainder. Once an item has been exchanged, it is considered final sale.
