A dress is something that most women could wear to work, night out, and even brunch. I don’t understand people wearing pants to brunch though (I mean, we're all sitting around drinking whiskey, not eating salads). But a jacket can do wonders when layered over a dress or worn alone as an outfit instead of just thrown on top of a simple outfit.
